Chocy Monkey Protein Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 scoops of 1Whey Choc WPH
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 coconut flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, raisins, optional

PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Pre-heat oven to 325F or 170C Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and protein powder (aka flour mixture). Set aside.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, rice malt and vanilla essence for 2 minutes. Stir in the mashed bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips (or any other add ins of choice).
Step 4:
Pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with some more cinnamon or banana slices (optional) Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
